Blumen is seeking a enterprise account manager with 3+ years of experience in customer success or solutions engineering within industrial automation or energy services.
The candidate will initially serve as a technical implementation representative and eventually lead the entire deployment and customer success function.
The role involves coordinating across Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and goal achievement, leveraging strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
